Overseas and other locations - please place your order online. We will then send you a quote for delivery via email - if you do not wish to proceed with the order you will be refunded immediately. The delivery charge will vary according to the address supplied and the order size and weight.

Home and Medical 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason Home and Medical offers a seven day cooling off period in which time you can simply return your product(s) and request a full refund, excluding postage and packing costs.
To qualify for this service, the product(s) must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and must be received by us in their original unused condition complete with purchase receipt and additional components. If returned goods are received with damaged packaging there may be a small re-packing charge. We would advise you, when making a return to use a carrier that offers you insurance and a tracking facility. If an item is damaged or lost in shipping while being returned to us we cannot be held liable.
Faulty Goods & Warranty Claims
In the unfortunate event that your product is faulty please use the Home and Medical Warranty Claim Form This Form must be used in all circumstances to ensure that we can give you the best possible service. If the product develops a fault as a part of its day to day usage then please review the manufacturers warranty which could possibly last up to 24 months from the purchase date, if the manufacturer offers direct support then our customer services team will advise you to contact them with regard to the fault. In other cases we will arrange for the product to be repaired/replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Some products will have an alternative procedure this will be outlined on the page from which you purchased the product. In some circumstances an email will be sent at the same time as we acknowledge your order detailing the unique returns policy. It may be possible for us to arrange an on site repair/service or to simply ship a replacement depending on the product. A refund is also an option under certain circumstances. The actual refund time varies with different credit card providers. All refunds will be based on your original payment method. A charge may be made if items returned as faulty are found not to have a genuine fault.
